"We have been visiting and ordering regularly from this place but the last experience was really poor. We ordered their thali at our office. It came in a box with small plastic katoris covered with foil. All katoris were leaking and 2 were broken. Aloo sabzi and raita were all messed up inside the cardboard box. Because of this mess papad was also not fit for consumption. Paneer had no flavor at all. Had to throw away the entire box. When we called to complain, the employee said I am very sorry and will take care next time. Huh! What about this time. We had paid for this thali too. To this he said nothing could be done and would be careful when we order next time. As if we would after this experience!!!"

"This Nathu's that I visited. The quality wasn't that great. Indian food and the ingredients used make it unique & different in taste. Pani Puri, also chaat and Chole Bhature are famous cuisine and a must try. But the one we had today we're not great here at Nathu's. I should definitely recommend one from Bikaner. The photos though look tempting."
